Solution: Together with the team we decided to create a digital globe serving a snapshot of emotions and inspiration from around the world highlighting ‘Taste is knowledge’
By utilizing our creative technology and collaborative social approach- we invited and collate people’s emotions at the Expo and across the world to join the ‘Taste of knowledge’ conversation- to be inspired and in turn inspire Illy– finding, amplifying and enriching the emotions expressed on social media about Coffee and the bigger conversations around the ‘Taste is Knowledge’.
Illy’s social media interactions has been personalized to individuals and seen on digital screens around the cluster and online via Illy.com. The conversations has been a mix of real time social media thoughts around coffee and inspirational stories from Illy.
